1. Registration form must indicate payment method, company stamp (for corporate registrations) and signature of approving authority or applicant.
2. Full payment for all fees by student attending the training listed above must in advance of the course. Seat will be confirmed one weeks prior to the first day of class after payment is received.
3. Postpone/Cancellation: you may cancel a scheduled course and fully refunded all course fees provided more than 10 working days notice is given. Once within this time period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

All cancellations must be received in writing and need to be given back the acknowledment email from ActiveTrain.
